Participants will design and create their own Carnival costume and performance inspired by sound system culture and migration. They’ll explore the stories of Caribbean elders who helped shape Carnival culture in Britain and sound system culture and learn how Carnival costumes are designed and made. Participants are invited to share and explore their own stories, heritage, and ideas.
